Ginza : 34th anniversary
On March 9, 2025, Kyushu Jangara Ginza will celebrate its 34th anniversary.
Since our very first opening at Akihabara in 1984, we, alongside our core project "Burukan Tutoring School," have pursued our goal of bringing joy and energy through learning and food.
When we first started, very few people in Tokyo were familiar with tonkotsu ramen. For many of us, originally from Kyushu and other regions, Ginza was a city of dreams. In 1991, We finally realized our dream of opening a store in Ginza 7-chome and were welcomed by a lot of locals. Our excitement and emotion at that time couldn't be
expressed in words.
We once faced a major challenge as we had to relocate due to building reconstruction.
We took a long time to find an alternative place and made our customers concerned and inconvenienced.
After three and a half years of searching, we were fortunate to find our current location in Ginza 6-chome.
While excited, we also wondered if our regular customers from 7-chome would continue to visit us regardless of location change.
However, once we reopened, we were deeply moved to see our regular customers returning one after another, bringing the cards we had given them before closing. They put their cards on our walls, and the wall of the new Ginza store quickly filled with and became a cherished memory and an unforgettable chapter in the history of our Ginza
store.
Today, not only do our longtime customers continue to visit, but those from all over Japan and around the world seek out Kyushu Jangara Ginza. We are truly grateful for your unwavering support.
To commemorate our 34th anniversary, we will be giving away a special original sticker to all visitors on March 9 and 10 as a token of our gratitude.
We sincerely look forward to welcoming you and celebrating this special moment together.
