Shibadaimon : First Anniversary

We will celebrate our first anniversary on March 3, 2026.
Our first year has been made possible by the support of our guests, from our local community to visitors from across Japan and around the world. We are truly grateful to all of you.
Located in Shiba Daimon, where historic landmarks such as Zojoji Temple and Tokyo Tower stand alongside modern office buildings, we have been fortunate to welcome a wide range of guests.
It was in March of last year, during a period of colder and rainier weather than usual for the season, that we first opened our doors.
In those early days, our terrace seating, now one of our signature features, was not as inviting as we had hoped.
Over time, with continuous effort and many small improvements, it gradually became a warm and welcoming space that reflects our style.
Today, many guests request the terrace even when seating is available inside.
Over the past year, both our restaurant and our team have grown thanks to your continued support.
We will continue striving to be a place loved by all of our guests from our regular guests to visitors from across Japan and around the world through a heartfelt bowl of ramen and welcoming hospitality.
We look forward to welcoming you all and celebrating together.
