Akihabara : 41st Anniversary

Kyushu Jangara Akihabara Main Branch will celebrate its 41 st anniversary on November 28, 2025.
We are truly grateful to have continued serving our ramen in Akihabara for over four decades, even as the town itself has changed so much over the years.

Our signature bowl, "Kyushu Jangara," was born from our pursuit to create an original Kyushu-style ramen that people in Tokyo could enjoy — at a time when tonkotsu ramen, known for its unique flavor, was hardly familiar in Tokyo.
We are now blessed with loyal regulars who have been visiting us for decades, and even families spanning three generations.
Your continued support is our greatest treasure and motivation.
We also feel honored to welcome guests not only from across Japan but from around the world.

Over the years, our ramen menu has expanded to include varieties such as "Bonshan" and "Kobonshan."
We have worked to develop a delicious ramen made entirely without animal products, and our vegan ramen joined our menu so that every guest, regardless of dietary restrictions, can enjoy our food.

As we diversify our food options, we now welcome guests with a wide range of dietary preferences.
It is always a delightful moment for us to see everyone enjoying their meal with a smile.
We will continue striving to be a place filled with those simple yet special moments of happiness.
